Primavera is a light colored wood with golden yellows. Colors darken and have more red as it ages. This material works well despite generally having interlocked grain. Pre-drilling is required to prevent splitting from screws. It has a medium pore size. The wood finishes to a high natural polish and is ideal for veneer, furniture, instruments, turned articles, and other fine uses. Cybistax donnell-smithii.
