This species is ideal for all woodworkers from beginner to expert. Kiln dried and surfaced on two sides, this wood is ready for use. Two inch thick stock is kiln dried, but may contain slight residual moisture. It cannot ship outside of the USA.

This Granadillo has amazing grain, color, and density that is similar to Cocobolo, in fact it's often sold as Cocobolo in Mexico and is also known as Mexican Rosewood! This Canary wood has a wide range of color from red, orange, yellow, and green, to golden and brown. Similar in density to Brazilian Tulipwood, Canary works easily for a dense hardwood and takes a high natural polish. The wood is kiln dried and surfaced on two sides. It is very clean and usable, but may contain occasional bug holes or an occasional small check. Boards over 36" long may have a slight bow or crown that is 1/16" to 1/8".
